Warranty
Tomxcutepets offers a 1-year warranty on all products purchased through our official website. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of receiving the product. If, during this period, a Tomxcutepets product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to the customer.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product, or any incidental or consequential damages.
For customers whose warranty has expired within 2 months, we offer a 20% discount on purchasing a new product.
To make a warranty claim, customers should contact Tomxcutepets customer service team at tomxcuteofficial@gmail.com with their proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
As a condition of this warranty, it is agreed that the remedy provided in this document is the sole remedy under this warranty. All liability for coincidental damages is excluded. The purchaser agrees to retain the original proof-of-purchase for establishing the effective date of this warranty. Should Tomxcutepets or an authorized dealer replace the product under warranty, this replacement shall be considered a transaction under the original warranty and does not extend the original warranty period. This warranty is non-transferable.
